Due to the spiritual and personal nature of Lucky Talismans, Taoist Fu symbols, blessed charms, and related spiritual items:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for these products.

This policy helps maintain respect, authenticity, and proper handling of spiritual items.

2. Feng Shui Decor & Display Items

For Feng Shui statues, ornaments, and decorative items:

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The wrong item was sent

Important Requirements:

  • Customers must provide a complete unboxing video as proof
  • Claims without unboxing video evidence may not be accepted
  • Return shipping costs for approved cases will be covered by Seekeven

3. Lucky Jewelry (Bracelets & Necklaces)

For crystal bracelets, necklaces, and wearable lucky accessories:

We accept returns within 7 days after delivery ONLY if:

  • The item remains unused
  • The product does not affect secondary sale condition
  • Original packaging is included

Return Conditions:

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
  • A 5% purification and spiritual cleansing service fee will be deducted from the refund amount

This fee covers:
